Minimum rental term is 5 days.

Rent includes maid service 2 times per week, pool and garden maintenance, cable TV, Wi-Fi, common area charges. Monthly rate does not include electricity bills.

Refundable security deposit is 60.000 Baht.

Guests can rent a Toyota Fortuner with navigation/TV/DVD package.
